Tom just finished the install at our new home. We are on the water in Innisfil off of Cooks Bay and our water was definitely too hard and had a smell to it. When your water softener dies and you live in certain areas of Barrie you find out how really hard the water is. Mike and Lisa are awesome! Had an emergency at my home where the softener had failed. Lisa was able to schedule me for the same day. Mike came in and replaced the system and helped with next steps. Other places were not willing to come in for about a week and offered only 6 year warranty. The system I purchased cost slightly less than others and has a 20 year warranty on it. Amazing service, I definitely recommend this company.
